Insurance
I presently am billing out of network for Providence, PacificSource, HealthNet and many more. I am unable at this time to accept OHP and Medicare. I am in the process of applying to be in network with several insurance companies and will update here periodically. Please do not hesitate to contact me regarding insurance questions. We may be able to work something out. I am dedicated to providing mental health services at an accessible fee. Please ask me for details when we speak.
Payment
Cash or check. *Until further notice, no credit cards or debit cards are accepted.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a $50 late cancellation fee
